The location was breathtaking, the log cabin provided luxury in the countryside. The staff were all friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Went on a guided walk with Kevin and he was so knowledgeable about the flora and fauna. The food was cooked and presented perfectly. A wonderful experience whilst in the Canadian Rockies.

The design of the cabin and its fixtures and fittings in the bedroom/ living area were very natural, fitting in well with the lovely surroundings of the lake.
I think the bathroom was a little small for the quality and price of the accomodation.

Loved the decor and fireplace and scenery. The Babel rock formation has challenged me to return to fitness so that I can return to climb it.
The room size could have been a little bigger - room to sit in front of the fireplace.

The value for money at this lodge was exceptional - the room, food, staff, and views were all outstanding. The location was perfect, allowing us private access to Moraine Lake and breathtaking views during both sunrise and sunset. The staff treated us with warmth and professionalism, making our anniversary extra special.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. Setting is remote and beautiful. Understand July and August are heavy tourist months
breakfast food could use a bit of variance

The room was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The fireplace was attractive and the view from the room was exceptional. The dining room was excellent and the breakfasts were generous. It was also nice to have the cafe available for purchasing lunches to take for hiking.
We had no complaints.

The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, with the turquoise lake and stunning mountains as the backdrop. The location of the lodge was perfect, right by the lake, giving us easy access to explore the beautiful surroundings. We also enjoyed the complimentary use of canoes, which allowed us to have an amazing experience of being alone on the lake.
There were a few aspects that let down our experience. The room lacked sufficient storage space and the lack of a fridge and safe was inconvenient.

Walking into our lodge room, we were blown away by the view. The room and lodge were gorgeous. We loved the additional activites that were free to guests - the guided walks, Booked.neting on Moraine Lake and the Grizzly Bear talk.

The location next to the famous teal blue lake and majestic mountains was breathtaking. The cozy cabin with a fireplace added to the charm. The cafe served good coffee and sandwiches for hikes. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The guided hikes and evening talk were excellent. The food at the restaurant was tasty and varied. The free canoe rentals allowed us to enjoy the lake in peace.
Felt right at home, no complaints.

I had an incredible experience from start to finish! Upon arrival, our rooms weren't ready, but the receptionist kindly gave us vouchers for a canoe on the lake, which was a breathtaking experience. The cabins were amazing, with large beds, cozy fireplaces, and a balcony to enjoy the majestic views. The staff even left a bottle of bubbly to celebrate our special occasion. The dinner was the best meal we had during our entire trip in Canada. The hotel staff made our celebrations truly memorable.
Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. Amazing scenery, on the lakeshore and surrounded by mountains and trees. The staff was extremely helpful, polite and offered information about the hotel, the room and what to do. Restaurant is not cheap but the price is well worth against the food quality and settings (fireplace, lake and mountain view, food quality etc). Extremely suggested for thos who wants to spend a night into the nature.
